Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
• Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your item
• Return items in original packaging with proof of purchase
• All items are inspected before approval
• We reserve the right to repair or replace the item
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not considered faults.

Custom-made or personalised pieces (including name pendants) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty upon arrival.

Natural diamonds and gemstones may contain slight variations or inclusions.
These are not defects and are part of the stone’s natural character.

Warranty (€5,000+)
Items valued at €5,000 or more include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover:
• Wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Improper use
• Third-party repairs or modifications
Proof of purchase is required.
